Top Ten Tuesday!

Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke And The Brookish. Who doesn't love lists. They make life easy! And fun!! It's always a never ending topic.

This week's topic:
Top ten all favorite books in X Genre (you pick the genre!)
Fantasy & Paranormal

1. The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer - While I haven't read Cress yet I loved the first two and do plan to read Cress very soon.

2. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead - I really loved the story and concept behind Vampire Academy. I read them all over one month.

3. Mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs - One of my all time favorite books. Mercy's newest book came out today and I already added it to my kindle.

4. Aurora Sky by Nikki Jefford - One of my favorite vampire series that I think everyone should read. The author has put her own unique spin creating a brilliant series. I can't wait for the next one.

5. Scorched by Mari Mancusi - I have a special place in my heart for dragon books and Scorched was well written. I've been impatiently waiting for the next one.

6. Shifters by Rachel Vincent - I purchased them all super cheap before I started blogging. I read them all over one week that's how much I enjoyed them. I'm considering re-reading them again since it's been a while.

7. Tales of an Urban Werewolf by Karen MacInerney - Another series from pre blogging. I have all three on paperback. I read them one after another. However the series is only the three which I didn't like because I would love to read more books. Maybe she will come back to them.

8. Diaries of an Urban Panther by Amanda Arista - This is another shifter series which I really enjoyed but I don't feel like it's ended. I hope the author returns for more books.

9. Abby Sinclair by Allison Pang - I picked up the first book ages ago but never got around to it. As a whim I gave it a shot and instantly fell in love with Abby and Phin. The men I'm not sure about because my heart is screaming for Talivar. Apparently this series only has three books but I'm secretly hoping for more because the end just didn't give me enough.

10. Jurassic Park Series by Michael Crichton - I read both of these with my dad when they first came out back in the 90's. The movies are great but the books are amazing. Deep down I always hoped that we would have more from this series but it didn't happen.

What genre did you pick? What are your favorites?

  1. I haven't read any of these! Looks like I'll need to update my to-read list.
