This Week's Question:
Recommend some of your back-list books - that are at least a few year old (I'm thinking 5-10 years old rather than classics)
Answer:
This is a fantastic question. I tried to narrow it down to just four.
Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McCaffrey - These are the first dragon books I read granted it was more like 17 years ago but they are amazing. This is one of my favorite covers for the series.
Lairds' Fiancee's by Julie Garwood - This is her highland laird duo The Bride & The Wedding. My best friend and I read them together they are one of my favorites highland romances.
Mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs - One of my favorite Urban Fantasy series. I suggest this one the most. Moon Called was published in 2006 so it counts for over 5 years old. I'm impatiently waiting for the new one that comes out next week.
Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead - One of my favorite vampire series. I read them all in one month it was hard to put them down. I'm looking forward to Bloodlines. I also saw the movie that I enjoyed and can't wait to watch again. The hubby didn't like it enough to sit through it again.
I picked four series that I've loved over the years. They are books I've read over and over a few times like the dragonriders or the Lairds. I'm curious to see what everyone else is sharing this week. Can't wait to hop by.
