Synopsis

Dominick

Flying commercial is the bane of my existence.
Until the fiery redheaded flight attendant with emerald eyes falls into my lap.
The spark between us is instant. And from the moment her body crashes into mine, I know I need more than just a few hours in the sky with her.
The next time our paths cross, she tells me she’s headed out of the country, and I don’t hesitate to make sure I’m on her flight.
Our time together is filled with a passion I didn’t know existed. And for a moment, I allow myself to imagine what it would be like if our temporary arrangement turned into forever.
Until a call in the middle of the night pulls me back to reality, reminding me that with the enemies I have, letting her get too close would make her my greatest weakness—one I can’t afford.
Four years later, fate intervenes. Because she’s back, serving drinks on my private flight, and she’s apparently been keeping secrets.
With one phone call, I learn she’s been raising my son while pretending I don’t exist.
Now, with my enemies closing in and our secret out, they’re both in danger, and I’m done playing this game her way.
She might not trust me, but I’ll stop at nothing to keep them safe—even if I have to drag her kicking and screaming into my world.

My Review

I received a copy of Sweetest Sin from the author in return for an honest review.

Peyton and Dominic has this instant chemistry that neither one can deny but the reality of their situations is that he can't give her what she wants. So one night is all they get till he runs into her four years later to find the spark is still there and she's been hiding a secret. Dominic's kind of perfect for Peyton even if he is born into the mafia he's our morally grey mmc that we all swoon after and he checks all the boxes.

I've not been a huge fan of surprise pregnacy tropes in the past but this one has made me a fan. I didn't know I needed these in my life till Sweetest Sin. I loved every moment of Peyton and Dominic's story I just devoured it in one afternoon it was hard to put down. I love that we get to know his siblings and I feel like I was able to connect with all the characters.

Sweetest Sin is a beautiful written story with characters to fall in love with and I was hooked till the very last page. This is not my first book by the author she's an autobuy for me as every book I've read by her has been fantastic. I loved this one so much and it might be my favorite of hers. I'm glad to see we have three more in the series because I'm not ready for this world to end. I honestly loved every moment of the story. Highly recommend if you love dark mafia romance.

Synopsis

A tender slow burn, friends to lovers romance with depth, laughs, and a pinch of spice. Chasing the Goal is a story of showing up, stepping in, and falling hard—when only love plays for keeps.

Mallory Quince has her hands full, balancing a demanding career as the Hellblades’ newest athletic trainer, keeping her messy dating life in check, while avoiding any and all complications. Especially the kind that come with charming hockey players who wear their hearts on their sleeves.

Jaymie Prescott, star winger and secretly sweet nerd, isn’t Mallory’s type. He’s too genuine, too thoughtful, too… distracting. But after a flirty elevator ride, he’s suddenly everywhere—on the training table, in her apartment building, and, unintentionally, in her life in a much bigger way.

When a one-time mistake leads to a life-altering surprise… Jaymie doesn’t run, he shows up and just maybe he’s ready to prove he’s more than just a teammate, he might be exactly the partner Mallory didn’t know she needed.

My Review

I received Chasing The Goal in return for an honest review from the author.

After an injury Jaymie find himself working with the athletic trainer who just happens to capture his attention. However, Mallory doesn't want to mix business with pleasure so they keep it just friends. When fate takes a hand and sends Jaymie into her life Mallory finally starts to see there is more to the hockey player.

I loved Jaymie he's just a great guy and who doesn't love a hockey player with a heart of gold. I thought Mallory was fantastic she felt so real and if I was in her position I would have done the same thing. You can't help cheering them on as the story progress and I really felt like I could connect with the characters.  I loved the first book with Logan and Ava and was so happy to seem them as side characters in this one.

This is my 2nd book by the author and I'm obsessed. I ended up devouring this one and couldn't put it down till the last page. The author has done a beautiful job creating a captivating story that captures my heart as well as my imagination. I can't wait to read the next installment and see who get's their happy ever next. I've enjoyed this story so much it was a perfect balance of story to romance. I loved every moment of it.

Synopsis

He was just a dream, right?

When I was young, I often dreamt of an alpha boy. With him I belonged. I was important. Loved. We were going to marry and be together. Once I actually figured out how to get to him.

But that was years ago and the foolish fantasies of a lonely teenager. Parallel worlds were only a theory. Alpha males were assholes who want to get their way. Soulmates were just stories for children.

Then everything changed.

One morning I woke up on a park bench unable to remember my name or how I got there.

There was something not quite right about this place–and clearly I don’t belong here.

Then I saw him. The man of my dreams. My soulmate.

But we’re not teenagers anymore. Wes moved on, and has a successful career, a husband, and a pack. Whatever that was.

Still, the connection between us is undeniable and I fall hard for him and his pack. Especially his hunky omega husband and the delicious head of a biotech company.

As much as I’d like to stay here, the gaps in my memory threaten our happiness. How did I get to a parallel world and will someone come after me for it?

If they do, how much will it break me to have to leave Wes again?

A love that spans the universe. A second chance at romance. A secret she can't remember that could tear them apart. Again.

Dream Girl is a why choose omegaverse fated mates portal romance with a mathematician FMC from our world, the alpha of her literal dreams, a giant teddy-bear of a male omega, growly alpha packmates, a beta police officer, and a childhood love that spans the universe. This is book one of the Into the Parallel Omegaverse trilogy, which is ultimately m/m/m/m/f/m. Books One and Two end on cliffhangers with an HEA for Grace and her guys in Book Three.

Welcome to the Parallel Omegaverse. Because dreams aren’t real—until they are.

Note: This is Grace's story (Verity's rich big sister). It takes place before the HockeyVerse series and you do not have to read them to enjoy this trilogy.

My Review

I received Dream Girl in return for an honest review from the author.

I loved Grace right from the start she's the perfect character to be tossed into a parallel world that just happens to be the same place her dream guy Wes lives. He's already living in a pack and even has his own omega but instead of Grace creating issues with the pack Evan welcomes her with open arms. Evan is my favorite he's wonderful and I just loved his character. I also loved Jett and Spencer but Brennan still has some growing to do.

Omegavers stories are some of my favorite and this one was one of the best. The characters are easy to connect with you can't help cheering them on through the story even Brennan. The story is captivating right from the start it was easy to get lost in Grace's story and I couldn't put it down. The author has done a beautiful job creating a story that captures the heart as well as the imagination.

This isn't my first book by the author so I had some high expectations as I've loved all of the prior books that I've read. This one though has exceeded my expectations and set the bar to a whole new level. I ended up devouring over the weekend and loving every moment of it and I think if I could I would have tossed my kindle at the wall as this one ends in a huge cliffhanger. Totally worth the book hangover I'm now having. I'm just a tad bit obsessed and can't wait to get the next one in my grasp.

Code blue in the ER. That's how I end up in his hospital. In my brother's best friend's care.

Dr. Blake Morrison starred in every fantasy I’ve had since sixteen. Now he’s the only one who believes something’s truly wrong with me—the only one who can save me.

But with each passing day, each failed diagnosis, I see him changing. The brilliant, controlled doctor is becoming something else. Something darker. More possessive.

"These symptoms aren't random," he growls. “I think someone's hurting you deliberately. And when I find them..." His fingers clench. "They'll learn exactly how much damage a doctor can do."

His touch sets my heart monitor racing, and what's growing between us is more dangerous than any symptom. More forbidden than any diagnosis.

But as my mysterious illness worsens, will the man who’s saved countless lives lose the only one he can’t live without?

My Review

I received Crash in return for an honest review from author.

When Tessa ends up in the ER it draws the attention of her brothers best friend and brings him back into her life. Determined to figure out at all costs why she's sick. Blake has knows that he can't have any relationship with Tessa but sometimes it's hard to fight the chemistry that's had years to grow.

I just love Blake so much he's a little broken but all the best love interests are and Tessa is perfect for him. I love our girl Tessa she's such a sweetheart just trying to live the hand she's dealt. We are given a little insight into the rest of the rest of the Sinners and Saints crew which happen to include Tessa's brother. I loved all of our characters in the story but Blake hands down was my favorite.

I devoured Crash in just one afternoon it was beautifully written and I was hooked by the end of the first chapter. I was captivated right from the start and loved it all every page till the very last. The characters are easy to connect with you can't help cheering them on through the story. I absolutely loved every moment and can't wait for the next one in the series. This may be my favorite book of the authors but they are all fantastic.

Synopsis

Sydney “F*cking” Sinclair

One last time. I just needed to see him one final time before I left Bellemere University for good. At least that’s what I told myself. This way, I’d be left with one last happy memory. Competitive figure skating was all I ever wanted, until I met Lucien Morrow. I’d only ever had one dream, but from the moment I saw him skate, he became my whole world and my dream was siphoned of life. It should have been easy to let my obsession simmer into nothingness. Boys were distractions, after all, and I couldn’t afford those if I was going to be a champion figure skater. But in the end, none of it mattered. I was a goner the moment I laid eyes on him. Now, I’ve officially been kicked off my collegiate figure skating team, lost my funding and my coach, and am moving back home. There’s nothing left for me here, except him.

Until everything falls apart and I realize he’s nothing like I imagined—he’s far worse. Now that he knows who I am, a game ensues to see how far I’ll go to have him. It’s my last night here, and I have nothing to lose but my virginity. So, if the question is how far am I willing to go, the answer is to the depths of hell.

Lucien “Morningstar” Morrow

I’ve had a little stalker for months now. An interesting distraction from my depraved thoughts to say the least. So imagine my surprise when I find her at one of my hockey games, and even more so when I feel just as possessive of her as she apparently is of me. There’s something about her eyes, like cracked ice. They mirror her soul flawlessly, a frigid wasteland of nothingness that I intend to melt. It takes a unique person to be drawn to my particular brand of crazy. I’ll have to see just how crazy my new toy can be. Stalkers love to play games; I wonder if she’ll play with me?

My Review

I received Cracked Ice in return for an honest review from the author.

I loved Sydney and Lucien each one is a little broken and has their own unique issues but they are just what the other needs. I don't have any triggers and went into this without any expectations other than a dark hockey why choose romance. Highly recommend checking them because this is a dark romance. I really love a dual pov as we get to see into both of their sides and I feel that allows me to connect better with the characters. I love a unhinged love interest and Lucien was just everything I could have hoped for.

I went into Cracked Ice with no expectations other than a dark why choose romance and it doesn't disappoint. The characters are fantastic and the story is captivating from start to finish I couldn't put it down. The author is a beautiful storyteller with characters you can't help cheering on and falling in love with.

This is my first book by the author and I'm obsessed it was everything I could have wanted in a dark hockey story. I spent the day devouring their story and I admit that I got a little teary eyed when it ended. I just wasn't ready to say goodbye yet and I can't wait to get my hands on the next one.I may be stuck in a touch of a book hangover as this one was just so perfectly done.

Synopsis

I wasn’t created to love—only to destroy. But fate doesn’t ask permission.

I wake to a world in chaos, the taste of stardust on my tongue and fragments of galaxies burning behind my eyes.

No name. No past. No idea how I came to be here.

In the ruins of a shattered battlefield, they find me wrapped in s
moke and splattered with blood that isn’t mine—each of them desperate to decipher who I am and why I’ve been thrust into their war.

They claim to be kings of this world, with the power to protect me.

A wraith who moves like smoke but feels like fire, igniting sparks that dance beneath my skin.

A fae with a silver tongue and lips I ache to trust.

A vampire who drinks desire like wine and vows to ruin me sweetly.

And a shape-shifting predator whose hungry gaze sets my pulse racing, hinting at danger and surrender—if I want it.

They circle me like wolves, drawn to a power and vulnerability they can’t resist. Their heated glances and whispered promises awaken something inside me...a longing that trembles on the line between defiance and desire.

While I may feel the pull of each of them, I know I wasn’t made for their cages, gilded or otherwise. But in a fractured world at war between man and magic, I’ll need allies as I uncover who—and what—I truly am.

As their lustful whispers tangle with my thoughts and their searing touches threaten to unravel me, fragments of my memories begin to surface.

Each of them swears they’ll never let me go.

But they’ll soon learn I wasn’t made to be kept.

Some call me death. Others, salvation.

When I rise, the world will remember what it means to fall.

My Review

I received Touch of Oblivion in return for an honest review from the author.

I love Wren she has no idea who or what she is but she's taking it all in stride making the best of her situation. She wakes up in the middle of a war found by four very unique men each one drawn to her. They happen to be the kinds of their supernatural people. Thrust into a world Wren will have to figure out who and what she is as well as navigate her connection to the four men wanting to protect her.

I enjoyed all the characters as Wren ventures into each kingdom we get to see them opening up and revealing more about themselves as well as she learns more about who she may be. A battle is brewing one that she may not be able to avoid. I love the kings each one is unique and brings something different to her life. They have this sweet yet steamy connection to each of them.

This is my first book by the author and I'm addicted as the author is a very talented storyteller. Touch of Oblivion hooked me right from the start and I spent the day devouring it as I had to know how it would all play out. The characters are easy to connect with you can't help cheering Wren on as she attempts to find out who she is and what the future has in store for her. I truly loved every moment of it and only put it down at the last page. It was just the right balance of action and story with just a little romance sprinkled in just the right spots. I loved it so much. Highly recommend.
