Super Six Sunday #1

Super Six Sunday

Super Six Sunday is an original bookish meme created from Bewitched Bookworms and inspired by "Top Ten Tuesday" from The Broke and The Bookish

This week's Super Six is...

Super Six bookish kick-ass Heroines!

1. Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning (Goodreads) I've only read the first one but have every intention of reading the rest. I love Mac she's a fantastic example of a kick ass character. I look forward to catching up with the series this before the end of the year. I'm dying to know what's going to happen next. Plus I love this set of covers.

2. Anita Blake Series by Laurell K Hamilton (Goodreads) Anita and I have a love hate relationship. I can't decide if I hate her or love her. She was my first paranormal series plus I always thought she was a kick ass character at least till she started having more smut instead of story. I admit I've stopped reading her books only because I loved her earlier books. I've been hearing that the smut is taking a backseat so I may start them up again. I mean I've already read the first twenty in the series at some a few times.

3. Mercy Thompson Series by Patricia Briggs (Goodreads) I love Mercy so much. I've not had a chance to read her most recent book but I hope to fix that next week. She's just the ultimate kick-ass-heroine. She's tough, a coyote, she isn't your typical pretty girl which I love, plus she has the sexy werewolf. Mercy has it all and I love her.

4. Merit Chicagoland Vampires by Chloe Neill (Goodreads) I purchased the first two when the second one came out read them over the week. I was instantly hooked on Merit. She's smart, strong and after becoming a vampire she became even more awesome. She's a kick-ass-heroine in my book. I've purchased the next three but I've not started them. Odds are I will restart the series and read them all. Maybe when my hubby deploys I'll read them all current.

5. Victory Vaughn Series by Nancy Holzner (Goodreads) I picked up this series for a challenge a while back it was one I had purchased but not started. I was a instant fan of Victory she's a tough demon slayer who lives in a supernatural world. She's as kick-ass as you can get and another one of my favorites to read. I'm not current but will be this year.

All these girls have fantastic books with amazing stories.
