Review
Kelsey has just started a temporary job working for a circus in town for the next couple of weeks. It’s small not to extravagant but it does have a beautiful white tiger who’s captured Kelsey’s interest. The more time she finds herself spending with the tiger the more attached to him she becomes. When the tiger she nicknamed Ren is sold she’s given the chance to escort him to a game preserve where he will be able to live out his life. How can she pass up an all-expense paid trip to India with Ren the tiger she’s grown attached but a quick easy trip is far from what she gets.

After arriving in India the truck that is set to drive them leaves her and Ren stranded on the side of the road and she’s forced to chance him through the jungle for fear of losing him. It’s while in the jungle that Kelsey learns the truth that Ren is actually the prince from the story that she was told. Suddenly the tiger she thought was just a tiger is a handsome prince who needs her to free himself as well as his brother from the curse. As Kelsey agrees to help Ren they embark on a whirl wind adventure across India in attempt to break the curse.

I like Kelsey she’s this quiet artistic creative girl who’s come out of her shell after meeting Ren it’s change her in a good way. I like that her first thought when Ren asked to kiss her all formal was that he’s her friend not in a romantic way but after was clearly seeing Ren as more than a tiger. Even though most of the time Ren is a tiger it’s the few minutes each day he gets to transform that the chemistry between the two heats up.

I’ve had Tiger’s Curse on my kindle longer than I care to admit but decided it was perfect for my reading challenge for the week. Tiger’s Curse is a fast paced adventure that takes place in India with a 18 year old girl and a tiger who happens to be a cursed prince. I really enjoyed the book I was captivated by the end of the first few pages by Kelsey and was dying to know more about her tiger Ren. I felt that author did a great job creating a unique story that captures the heart as well as the imagination. This is my first book about India and I enjoyed every moment of Kelsey and Ren’s adventure like the sea monkeys who you bow to. I really was able to connect with Kelsey she’s on this magical quest in India a country I admit to not know a lot about but found fascinating. This is my first book by the author but I know it won’t be my last I’m already looking forward to finishing the series. I have to know how it’s going to play out.
