Stacking The Shelves November 10th 2012
Stacking the Shelves is a new meme by Tyngas Reviews that let's bloggers share their new books and swag, whether they are physical or virtual. I'll include books I've been sent, emailed, purchased, won and for review.
This week was really quiet however I've been home all week with a yucky sinus infection that doesn't seem to go away. Being sick however didn't stop me from picking up books this week.
So first off this week I got a bright shiny new Kindle Fire HD thanks to my super awesome hubby. I'm sure I'll end up taking two with me now because I still have e-books to read on it.

A Conspiracy of Alchemists by Liesel Schwarz (Goodreads) From Netgalley Thank you Random house
Renegade by J.A. Souders (Goodreads) From Negalley Thank you Tor/Forge

This week I only picked up two physical books but I know have many more in the mail it just didn't show up in time so you'll have to wait for next week.
I love the covers for both of these and can't wait to get a chance to read them.
Venom by Fiona Paul (Goodreads)
The Waiting Sky by Lara Zielin (Goodreads)
With the new kindle I had to snag a few e-books as if I don't have enough of them as it is if you ask my hubby.

Time Between Us by Tamara Ireland Stone (Goodreads)

Congrats on the new kindle! I own a Nook touch and the orig kindle and I use them both religiously. The Mr. doesn't understand why I needed two... I tried explaining that not all books are available on nook but he just doesn't get it. LoL Great haul!

ReplyDeleteEeek, so many new awesome books! Plus the new kindle looks lovely! Happy reading! ^.^ If you would like to check out my Stacking the Shelves you can do so here. :)
ReplyDeleteI got Daughter of Smoke & Bone too for my kindle.
ReplyDeleteThen I got Regenade from NetGalley.
Venom looks like an interesting book.
I thought about the Kindle Fire when I got my Kindle, but I just got the standard one since it was cheaper and I thought the Kindle Fire would be too distracting with the likes of apps and stuff and I wouldn't get around to reading. However, I hope you enjoy it!
I got Renegade too! I already finished reading it and I loved it. It was everything I hoped it would be. :) And I've heard nothing but AMAZING things about Venom! So I hope you enjoy it. :)
