Top Ten Tuesday #1

My Top Ten favorite books since the creation of this blog.

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. Who doesn't love lists. They make life easy! And Fun!! Plus it's always a never ending topic.

This is my first week but I figured it was time to do it instead of just lurking however this week is favorite books the length of your blog which for me hasn't been very long but I do have some favorites from the last few months.

#1 Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire - I was a little nervous about this one, I don't get a chance to read enough innocent love stories. However I was so impressed with it that this is my top book for the year,  I love the relationship between Abby & Travis. They felt so real I feel like I really could of known them.

#2 Inbetween by Tara Fuller - A unique story about love that transends even death. I always have a soft spot for soulmate stories because I'm romantic and this one is great. Finn and Emma have a sweet relationship plus who doesn't love the supernatural.

#3 What Kills Me by Wynne Channing - This is a unique vampire story that I was dying to read even before I received a copy of the book. I mean look at that cover. The book doesn't disapoint it provides a unique twist on vampire creation, and very enjoyable.

#4 Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood - The first installment in a exciting new witch series. The cover is beautiful, as is the story about a trio of sisters who hide from the brotherhood for fear of being taken away.

#5 Shadow Sight by E.J. Stevens - Ivy is Psychic Detective who can learn things from touching them. The first book deals with selkies, fey and more. A great introduction to a new exciting world.

#6 Reign of Blood by Alexia Purdy - A vampire story unlike any I have read before. Alexis puts a unique spin on vampires by creating different kinds from a zombie like to a vampire that can walk in the sun. Hidden in the mist of vampires comes a love with a interesting twist.

#7 Awakened by Ednah Walters - This is my second angel book but this one by far was one of the best books. Lil is such a great character she's strong smart and keeps you entertained. She's going up against a lot but she doesn't give up.

#8 Blood Debt by Nancy Straight - What more can I say a Centaur love story that goes against the odds. Cami lived with her mother and when she passes away she finds out the name of her father, who she didn't know what still alive. She's thrust into a world she knows nothing about.

#9 Jazz Cage by Ray Chen Smith - A thriller set during the twenties. Frank a bounty hunter for the mob takes a case that will change his life forever. Running from not only the mob but the cops and the FSA Della and Cece are running north for a better life, and Frank is their only chance.

#10 Pearl Lover by Kea Noli - A love triangle that is unlike anything I've read before. A strong young woman set out on her own, trying to save a struggling Russian dance company, and the man who loves her. Nixie may have started as a debutante but in the end she's grown into a amazing woman.

What are your top ten?
