The hallway leading to the luxury suites in the 49ers stadium was remarkably silent, especially since there were nearly seventy thousand football fans cheering inside the sports venue. Quinn’s footsteps echoed on the hard tile floor, along with Teagan’s lighter tread. He had run into her as he’d exited the bathroom. It was well into the first quarter, and he’d wondered if she would show up.
