Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke And The Brookish. Who doesn't love lists. They make life easy! And fun!! It's always a never ending topic.
This week's topic is:
Top ten books we'd love to see as a movie or tv show.
Well this one is a loaded topic for me because my tv choices have changed over the years.
These are in no particular order so keep that in mind.
Anita Blake by Laurell K Hamilton (Goodreads) If I remember correctly the first few books had come out when I started this series at 15. I was a instant fan of Anita she was kick ass and didn't need the guys to make her amazing. I've wished for her on the big screen till a few years ago. I've started thinking she might be a little to risky to make it big. I think her ideal spot would be replacing True Blood on HBO. At least that's where I think she belongs right now. However without a doubt I would see her on the big screen.
Mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs (Goodreads) Love her one of my all time favorite characters. I'm not sure if a movie would be the option for Mercy. I think she could rock her own series like the Grimm. The way they have progressed I think the wolves would turn out great.
Dancers and Divas Series by Kathy Petrakis (Goodreads) This series is awesome series very much Gossip girl meets Fame. I really think this series would make a perfect addition to the CW line up.
The Selection by Kiera Cass (Goodreads) This is kind of my guilty pleasure. I love the whole dystopian meets the Bachelor. I could see a trio of awesomeness movies. I love the series and can't wait for the final installment. I'm so torn I just can't decide which guy she should choose.
The Ward by Jordana Frankel (Goodreads) I really enjoyed the first book looking forward to the next one I could see a unique movie. Plus a flooded New York would be interesting.
Marking Time by April White (Goodreads) One of my favorite book that I would love to see on the big screen. I think the vampires, time travel and Jack the Ripper would be a awesome movie.
I guess this list is short this week. My top six this week. So many new ones coming out I'm excited to see.
What would you like to see made into a movie or TV show?
