Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke And The Brookish. Who doesn't love lists. They make life easy! And fun!! It's always a never ending topic.

This weeks topic:

Mandy's top ten new to me authors of 2013

This year I've read so many exciting new books by new to me authors.

1. Jennifer E. Smith - I've only read her first book The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight and instantly become a fan. I've only read one but she's become a must read. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of her books.

2. Karey White - I haven't really gotten into the whole Pride and Prejudice thing before now. My Own Mr. Darcy has opened a whole new world to me. I loved her story and look forward to reading more of her books.

3. Killian McRae - I was privileged to receive a copy for review of her Have Gown, Will Wed book which I fell in love with. It's a beautiful story.

4. Kimberly Krey - One of my new favorite authors. I've read both of her books and she's on my instant read list.

5.  Jennifer L. Armentrout - I finally took the leap giving her Lux series a shot. It was love so I ended up picking the next two up. I even have the new fourth one but I need to catch up on the series. I'm planning on checking out her other series as well as new adult books.

6. April White - I had the chance to read her book Marking Time my favorite book so far of 2013. She's a beautiful writer and I impatiently waiting for the next book.

7. Kiera Cass - I caved giving The Selection a chance. I loved it. I devoured The Elite and now I'm stuck waiting for The One. A captivating series.

8. Leigh Evans - A writer of my own heart. I've always wondered what a half fey half shifter character would turn out. The Mystwalker series is better than I could have expected. I have the next two I need to read asap.

9. Karen Amanda Hooper - I had my first book this year from this author her Kindrily series. It was a fantastic story that left me wanting more. I'm curious to check out her other books.

10. Kirsty McKay - I'm a sucker for anything Zombie and fell head over hills in love with her Undead series.

Some of these are mainstream some not all precious gems.

  1. I've heard so much about the Lux series. I have one of her New Adult books under J. Lynn which I haven't read yet.
