The Sunday Post

The Sunday Post
Hosted by:

The Sunday post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer~ It's a chance to share new ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

It's Sunday Funday

I've come to the conclusion that the weather is confused. Some days it's super cold wet and rainy which is awesome. Other days we have to turn the AC on because it's over 80. I'm not ready for the summer yet.
It's been a busy week not as much reading as I would have liked but I did finish a couple amazing books. I've been working on a baby blanket hoping to get it finished this weekend. I admit that I did get sucked into playing Smite and Ark with a few friends but I've decided I needed a break it's gotten to consuming. I have one of those addictive personalities I guess. I've been doing a lot of binge-watching of my favorite shows, crafty projects, reading and just keeping active. I started back to the treadmill this week.

 What I read this week
Court of Dragons by K.N. Lee I loved the first two of this reverse harem. I can't wait for the next one.
Mister Romance by Leisa Rayven - Which I loved!!!!! Need to write my review.

What you may have missed the past week

Crafty projects & Baking/cooking & Gardening
Still working on my baby blanket but getting closer. Hopefully this weekend I will be able to finish it and share when it's done. It doesn't look much different since last week as I ran out of yarn.
I made homemade pizza this weekend it's still one of my favorite meals. I made a veggie pizza while the husband and little are more traditional with a Philly cheesesteak and pepperoni pizzas.

Quote/ fun stuff

This ended up in my facebook Newsfeed and I just had to share. I'm sure a lot of us can relate to it.

What I've been watching recently....
Currently, I've been binge watching Supernatural from the beginning. My husband and I have been watching it since the start it's hard to believe how young they are.

Music
I've been in a huge music mode recently. It's constantly playing in the background during the day. I've become hooked on a band I happened across. Highly recommend checking them out. They have some great original songs as well as some covers. This one is my favorite by far though. I think I've listened to it a zillion times according to my husband.

Around the Blogosphere
We have the Dewey 24 Read-a-thon coming up. I know I'm excited about it. Who's with me?

    1. He does have a stunning Suit. I'm slowly working my way through season 2 still so still a long way to go. It's been fun revisiting the old seasons. I wish I could binge like 12 hours or more a day but to much going on.
Thanks for stopping by have a great weekend.
