Review
November 9 is the latest book by Colleen Hoover it’s a standalone novel.  Fallon use to be an actress but when an event at 16 changed her life and any chance of maintaining her acting career. She’s been forced to put her dream on hold and according to her father after what happening no one is going to want to hire her as an actress. Taking her own future into her hands she’s decided it’s time to follow her dreams by trying out for Broadway. The last step before she leaves tonight is telling her father. However her father hasn’t supported her after the accident and doesn’t think she stands a chance but when a stranger pretends to be her boyfriend his support is all that she needs.

Ben has his own issues but listening to Fallon’s father talk to her like he did he knew he had to stand up for her. Sliding into the seat next to her he gives her something she’s never had before her confidence back. What was supposed to be a brief stint as her boyfriend has found the pair spending the last few hours before she heads to New York. Vowing to meet again on November 9th but refusing to keep contact through the year. Fallon’s mother told her not to fall in love before twenty three so this can’t happen for five years. Over the next five years the pair meet dealing with emotional hardships and secrets will they still be together on the 5th year?

I love Fallon she’s a sweetheart and Ben is exactly what she needed after having the conversation with her father about her dreams. While it’s fate that may have brought them together they can’t deny the attraction to each other but neither one is ready to settle down just yet. I think Ben while just like Fallon has his own issues is perfect for her after all he read romance novels for her and I don’t think my husband would be willing to. I love the taste of Miles and Tate in the novel from Ugly Love it make me smile. I also liked learning the Ian was from Ugly Love that she connected the two novels.

It’s simple November 9 is a beautifully written novel that captured my heart and I loved every page even those that made me cry. It’s so well executed giving me little points to connect with each of the character throughout the story.  In true Colleen Hoover fashion we did have our tragedy which tore me to pieces but she patched it up in the end so I had happy tears. I love the character they are so well written each with a story to tell. I admit I loved the fact that Fallon was a bookish girl it was so much fun reading the part about her tbr list. I felt I really connected with her more than any of the others. I’ve not read all of Colleen Hoovers books yet but each one just keeps getting better earlier this year I would have said Confess was my favorite but after reading Ugly Love that would be my favorite. Hands down November 9 is that best it’s wow an amazing story. I loved every moment of it and I feel the need to re-read after just finishing. Defiantly one of my favorites of 2015 top 5 for sure.
