Each week a new question, new answer, and new blogs to follow.
If you want to follow via GFC just in case it goes away I ask you follow a second way, email, Linky, Bloglovin'. Thanks!!!!
This Week's Question:

How do you decide what books to read?

I pick out my books based on cover and synopsis. If they have a pretty cover and a interesting synopsis they are added to my TBR list. When I'm picking a book I narrow it down to genre based on my moon and just pick the first one that jumps out at me.
Example for my SS challenge I needed a book published in 2014.
I'm in the mood for a dystopian novel so a quick look and I decided to go with The Headhunters Race which has a interesting cover and the synopsis sounds interesting.

How do decide what to read next?

  1. It seems a lot of us get hit by pretty cover syndrome. I know I do! New follower via Bloglovin'.

  2. I love a pretty cover especially if the cover goes with what the book is about. New follower via GFC

  3. OOh that is a pretty cover! Didn't even think of the two ways of answering said question! I answered it based on the books I have in my possession, but when it comes to the adding to the TBR Mountain of Doom, there are oh so many other factors too! Great post!

    Here's my Follow Friday

    Have a GREAT day!

  4. A good cover always helps me want to read a book. I feel bad for good books with less than great covers!

    My FF!

  5. I'm usually lured by great, pretty and cute covers! :) Although, there are some awesome books that I've read that have plain covers. I really should stop judging books by their covers. xD
