Cover Characteristic - Fruit
Hosted by Sugar & Snark
Each week we will post 5 of our favorite covers to go with the theme of the week.
I'm a huge cover fan so this is a great meme for me.
Well this's weeks characteristic is going to be a tough one. I can't even think of a single one with a piece of fruit.
Top 4
Peeled by Joan Bauer (Goodread)

It made me giggle the first cover to come to mind was Twilight so I decided to spin off and pick all apple covers this week that fit under the fruit topic.
What's on your list?
Great picks! I especially like the cover for Peeled. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week, and thanks for stopping by my CC! :)
Same here...Twilight was the first thing that came to mind. I considered all these books too and I have to 'peel' them off one by one because I only need five. Your favorite is on my list too and it's quite unique in its own way with the newspaper thing-y...and there's really something about the Blackberry Bush, right? Thanks for dropping by and hopping back!
ReplyDeleteOh... wow! Peeled is amazing. i love how it has writing on the inside of the peel! Oh, and The Giving Tree is such a great story. Love your picks this week.

Oh, I love The Giving Tree! I like that you featured an apple theme, and Peeled is the perfect first choice! =)
ReplyDeleteLove the cover for Peeled! Great list :)
ReplyDeleteI have two of the same. And like you and another blog, I think apples are a lot of the fruit we seem to see on books. Great choices!
