Cover Characteristic - Fruit

Cover Characteristic - Fruit
 Hosted by Sugar & Snark

Each week we will post 5 of our favorite covers to go with the theme of the week.
I'm a huge cover fan so this is a great meme for me.

Well this's weeks characteristic is going to be a tough one. I can't even think of a single one with a piece of fruit.

Top 4

Twilight by Stephanie Meyer (Goodreads) I can't have a list of fruit without this one.
The Magician's Nephew by C.S. Lewis (Goodreads)
The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein (Goodreads)
Eve & Adam by Katherine Applegate & Michael Grant (Goodreads)
Favorite

Peeled by Joan Bauer (Goodread)
It made me giggle the first cover to come to mind was Twilight so I decided to spin off and pick all apple covers this week that fit under the fruit topic.
What's on your list?

  2. Same here...Twilight was the first thing that came to mind. I considered all these books too and I have to 'peel' them off one by one because I only need five. Your favorite is on my list too and it's quite unique in its own way with the newspaper thing-y...and there's really something about the Blackberry Bush, right? Thanks for dropping by and hopping back!

  6. I have two of the same. And like you and another blog, I think apples are a lot of the fruit we seem to see on books. Great choices!
