From strip clubs and truck stops to southern coast mansions and prep schools, one girl tries to stay true to herself.

These Royals will ruin you…

Ella Harper is a survivor—a pragmatic optimist. She’s spent her whole life moving from town to town with her flighty mother, struggling to make ends meet and believing that someday she’ll climb out of the gutter. After her mother’s death, Ella is truly alone.

Until Callum Royal appears, plucking Ella out of poverty and tossing her into his posh mansion among his five sons who all hate her. Each Royal boy is more magnetic than the last, but none as captivating as Reed Royal, the boy who is determined to send her back to the slums she came from.

Reed doesn’t want her. He says she doesn’t belong with the Royals.

He might be right.

Wealth. Excess. Deception. It’s like nothing Ella has ever experienced, and if she’s going to survive her time in the Royal palace, she’ll need to learn to issue her own Royal decrees.

Review
Ella's childhood has been less than amazing. She and her mom have bounced from place to place with her mom's different boyfriends struggling to get by. When her mom passes away leaving Ella on her own she knows she will have to do what it takes to finish out her schooling. Granted that is working as a stripper but it's paying the bills and will give her the time to finish school. That is a stranger shows up claiming to be her guardian and whisking her away to his mansion, a rich school and with new brothers.

Now Ella has the option to run which she's been doing her whole life or she can make the best of it finish school and head off to college. The only thing standing in her way is Reed who thinks she's only here to get in with his father and he doesn't trust her at all. It would be easy to ignore Reed if he wasn't so attractive but oh so wrong on so many levels. However, staying apart isn't going to be easy living under the same roof.

I love Ella she's had a tragic start but she's finally been given the chance to she needs to get ahead. I love the Royals; they have issues as well but together they make it work well. I love the chemistry between Ella and Reed they complement each other and they are perfect for each other. Together they find what they have been missing and needing most but nothing lasts forever and everything spirals out of control. Will they be able to survive?

I've had this one on my kindle forever but for some reason, I never seemed to get to it. I finally decided to give it a shot and couldn't put it down finishing it in just one afternoon. I love the characters; they are easy to connect with you can't help cheering Ella and Reed on even when it get's bleak. Paper Princess is a fast-paced action-packed story that captures the heart as well as the imagination leaving you wanting more. I loved Paper Princess it was a beautifully written story. This is my first book by the author an I've become a huge fan and had to dive right into the next one in the series.
