Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke And The Brookish. Who doesn't love lists. They make life easy! And fun!! It's always a never ending topic.

This week's topic:

Top ten books on your syllabus if I taught paranormal 101

Well the idea of teaching a class is daunting but I think selection a variety of my favorite paranormal's would be fun.

1. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer ~ I think everyone needs a little Twilight in their lives. For a lot this series was the gateway into being a reader. So it's a must on my list granted I prefer my vampires to not sparkle but it's my guilty pleasure.

2. Mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs ~ Can't have paranormal's without my favorite coyote shifter Mercy Thompson her world revolves around the werewolves. Shifters are my favorite form of paranormal's but I really enjoy the other aspects as well.

3. Faith from the Shifters by Rachel Vincent ~ I love the shifters series one of my favorite must have werecat shifters are a must plus it's by one of my favorite authors what's not to love.

4. Fire in the Woods by Jennifer M. Eaton ~ Must have a little aliens in this mix. Plus everyone should get to know David and Jess.

5. The Dragonrider Chronicles by Nicole Conway ~ Both my husband and I are huge fans of Jaevid's dragonriders series. It's one of the few have read together and one of our favorite must  read for dragons.

6. Praefatio by Georgia McBride - I'm currently reading this one but it's so far a very unique play on the angel concept. Plus I love the cover.

7. Alison Kemper has a zombie duo that I think is a must for paranormal romance even though you have to run from zombies. I'm such a zombie fan. Love these.

8. Drink, Slay, Love by Sarah Beth Durst - Vampires and Unicorns how can you pass it up. I know it was one of my favorite read books in 2013. I'm tempted to read it again.

9. Any of Alyssa Rose Ivy's paranormal series she has the Pterons, shifters, Allures to just name a few. I'm sure I could add them all to the list.

10. Last but certainly not least of all Ivy Granger by E.J. Stevens - is a perfect mix of mystery with the supernatural. She's a great addition to this list and one I eagerly wait for each book.
What on your syllabus this week?
