Stormi @ Books, Movies, Reviews! Oh My! and I have teamed up to encourage ourselves and others to use Instagram more.
So we come up with #Dustoffyourbookshelf where you display a book that you have had on your shelf for a long time and probably forgotten about. If you have time to grab it off the shelf and read it that is great, but you don’t have to read what you display. You can be creative in your displaying or you can just take a picture of it on your shelf. We are mainly doing this to get into instagram but thought it would be fun to do a post on Thursdays since we didn’t have a lot of post normally for Thursdays. If you would like to follow along feel free to make a post and link it below. It’s not technically a meme yet unless we get some followers! You can follow us on instagram @bmreviewsohmy & @ReadingDiaries
I've been in a reading funk the last week so I haven't been finding a book to read. So I did a little browsing on amazon. I actually tried to buy a book I already had from when it came out. I'm ashamed to admit this isn't the first time.
Darsey Ise never thought her first trip past Jupiter would claim the lives of her crew. But then she hadn’t expected to become the first person to make contact with aliens either. Kidnapped, enslaved and lost on the Outer Rim of a mighty civilization light-years from Earth, the only person she can turn to is her enigmatic new owner. A dishonored outcast, he is just as alone as Darsey. Exiled by his people and struggling to survive, the last thing he wants is a rebellious primitive as a slave. She complicates his efforts to hide a dangerous secret and to complete a quest that is likely to claim both their lives. They will only survive if they can find enough trust to forge an unwanted alliance.
Feel free to dig through your shelves and share what you find.
Please leave a comment telling me where I can check it out.
