The Sunday Post

The Sunday Post
Hosted by:

The Sunday post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer~ It's a chance to share new ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Happy Sunday Funday!

The weather has been all over here some days it's too hot to sit outside and other days it's nice out. We are alternating between upper 90's just into triple digits and mid-80's. The weather is crazy it can't seem to make up its mind but I'm already ready for fall pumpkin's and apples. I'm planning on making apple butter as well as pumpkin soup. Soon enough it will be sweater weather and soup season.

It's been a busy week but I have had a chance to read more. Trying to get back into the school routine. Another week or two and I think they will all be back into the groove again. My little has decided that she's going to do girl scouts this past week so she's signed up and ready to go, has already gone on overnight as my good friend is the troop leader.

I do all my weekly prep on Sunday's so this a.m I've been busy meal planning, blogging, setting up my weekly bullet journal. It's just a quiet morning with the puppies as the youngest is at a sleepover and the older one is sound asleep.

I had intended to be more active with bout of books but found it hard getting time for blogging and reading this week. Hopefully, this week will be better for me to catch up.

    1. My oldest was a girl guide, and my three youngest did scouts (scouts is unisex here). They all loved it, I hope your daughter does too!

Have a great reading wweek, good luck with finding time to write those reviews.

    2. Soo with you there about being ready for autumn. Bring on the leaves, the pumpkins, the shades of burnt orange and red and yellows. I feel like this year summer has just been so much longer than usual, even though I know it hasn't. It just seems to me like time is moving by both slowly and quickly. Here's to hoping you have a great week!
