It's Monday! What Are You Reading!

Welcome to It's Monday! is a weekly event hosted by Sheila at Bookjourney to share with others what you've read the past week and are planning to read the next.

The last week I failed hard at my reading list for the week out of 4 I only finished 2 and had issues starting one of them that I had to put it down and the fourth never even got started since my kindle had a dead battery so i snagged a book off the shelf instead to read. I hate to not finish my goal but all I can do is try harder this week, however with the holiday and my hubby home for the week I'm not sure if this new goal will work either. 

I read this one last week in a day it was a entertaining read I had a hard time putting down. I loved the story, it's one I'm sure I'll read again. Thanks so much to the Brandi Salazar for hooking me up with a copy for review.

This one I also received for review from the publisher I spent most of the day reading it while the hubby was at work. I won't mention my fails for last week because I plan to get to them and the one I didn't enjoy I'll try again when I get the desire to give it a shot.  So this week I plan to read several books however a few of them are short. 



Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood I received this one in a goodreads giveaway and just didn't get around to it yet so I pulled it out when I saw my kindle was dead....up I tend to forget to charge. So far almost half way and I really enjoy the book. My sister read this book a few months back and she loved it so I was tickled to win a copy since we live in different states it's not cheap to send books back and forth anymore.

This week I plan to tackle the Cheryl Bradshaw Series of Sloane Monroe. I received the third book unknown to me it was a series and I felt stupid since you can't read a series out of order so I had to get the first two, they are decently short so I should be able to read all three this week at least that's my goal.

I want to try and commit to one more book this week. I won a copy off Librarything It's not to big so I'm hoping to sneak it in after I finish the others. 


Shadow Sight by  E.J. Stevens I'm super excited about this because it's been on my TBR list forever. If I can't get it in this week it will be the first one I read next week for sure.
