A new year! All new challenges. New Goals.
I've been on a little bit of a reading slump due to real life and covid has made finding quiet time to read limiting.
Goals
I'm hoping to finish my current read and 5 more.
I want to read every day, take part in the sprints.
I want to finish my current read Blood Moon by JJ King which is 3rd in the Alpha Wolf Academy. I'm loving the series and have the 4th ready to go after I finish this one. I still have to wait till March for the 5th and final book.
Rest of the books on the agenda for the week.
Danganronpa: The Animation by Takashii Tsukimi, Jackie McClure
I'll be updating as the week progress.
Read/completed
Hosted by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction & Shannon @ It Starts at Midnight
I always sign up for this one but seem to end up struggling every year.
This year I'm determined to finish the challenge.
My goal this year is Creative Conversationalist with 11 - 20 posts.
I would love to write more than 20 but I feel like this gives me room to do one per month and possible more. Fingers crossed this year I will finish the challenge.
The Modern Mrs Darcy
Coyer 2021
Hosted by Michelle & Berls @ Because Reading is Better Than Read Life
One of my favorite challenges and I'm super excited that it's going to be year long. This year they have come up with 2 ways to join in.
First is Coyer Seasons
Each season will have a theme. Winter, Spring, Summer, and fall. With their own rules and guidelines. I plan to take part in all seasons.
Second is Community Semesters
January - April
May - August
September - December
Each will have more of a reading community feel and Giveaway at the end.
Always been one of my favorite challenges. I'm looking forward to starting 2021 with this group of wonderful readers.
Happy New Year!
I can't believe how crazy 2020 was. I feel like we were living a book that we are still far away from the final chapter. Between real life and home schooling my now 11 year old with 5th has eaten my soul. I miss reading, blogging, baking being crafty and a big part of who I am. I'm ready to re-find my love of my passions this year. I've been looking forward to the new year for months, new goals, and new adventures.
My goals are simple this year.
Blog more.
Bake more.
Craft more.
More original content.
I'm looking forward to the new year. I'm ready to re-find myself my loves again. Plus I have so many books I want to read.
I didn't love the change to bloggers format I find it frustrating at times and makes me nutty. Creating new content and modify my old has been rough. I'm determined to get used to it this year and evolve with it.
Here is to the new year. New challenges. New Adventures.
