Wow, it's already Sunday this weekend whirlwind, to say the least. I feel like I've spent the whole week running without a lot of reading time. The weather has been crazy mid 80's one day to over 103 the next day and the rest of the week everything in between. I'm so excited for fall to cool us off but California tends to take forever for the summer to fade away.  At least for the next two weeks, we are looking at mid-90s. Soon enough it will be cool weather and soup and hot apple cinder weather. I've never been a huge pumpkin spice fan so that's not on the agenda. 

 I can't believe it's already September this year is flying by so fast. I feel like I'm never going to catch up but I am going to try. I'm jumping into this month with a whole list of plans, new content, revamped content, and a huge TBR pile. I didn't read nearly as many books as I would have hoped this year so far, and I hope to start catching up this month. 

 The kids are back in school and my oldest is still working on his plans for the Navy so the house will be quiet during the week so lots of reading and free time. I'm taking a few writing classes and hoping to start taking a few art classes in the next few months.

    What I've been watching recently..
    My bestie and I finished watching The Boys it was so much darker than I expected and I enjoyed it. We can't wait for the next season to start.
    We started Carnival Row after finishing The Boys. This is one that I've been waiting and waiting for it to air and just need to find some time to binge-watch it together. 

     Instagram 
    My only Instagram picture this week was Thursday when I binge-watched all of Claymore. One of the things on my to be better at list this month is to be more active on social media.
