It's been a hot week the last few days we've been in triple digits hopefully this week will cool down a little bit. It's been awful to go outside. It's been a busy week getting my teenager ready to head off to the Navy he has a few steps to do before he can enlist but we are working on his stuff.
I've done a little bit of reading this week finished Splintered which I loved. Highly recommend. I've been working on getting the blog updated and getting things in order. I'm hoping to start rolling out some new content posts. We are still working on getting into a routine but things will find the groove eventually. I need to do more baking as it starts to cool off hopefully I can start using these Keto and Paleo cookbooks that I bought.
