The Sunday Post

The Sunday Post
Hosted by:

The Sunday post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer~ It's a chance to share new ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Happy Day Light savings day!!! Spring forward which means we lose an hour of sleep but maybe I won't want to get up at 5 am anymore.
This week was really busy but also quiet. Lots to keep busy and get in the way of my reading. That typically happens when my husband is on leave which he is last week and this week.
The weather has been odd it went from cold and chilly to kind of amazing. Yesterday was a beautiful 70s sunny day with a breeze. Earlier in the week, we had a hail storm so it's a little wonky still. I'm a little nervous that it's going to be super hot due to already hitting the 70's.

We bought a treadmill this week it's all set up and ready to go. Should make getting ready for a 5k a lot easier. Plus I don't have to rush to the gym or miss out because it's dark outside. Working on getting back into shape after two kids it's time to get back into running. Granted it's been ages but I think these books will help me get started. I've heard so much good about this lifestyle change.
Since it's been a busy week I didn't get to do my bullet journal yet so I'm doing it this am. I love starting with a blank canvas and just little the creative flow out. I'm excited to see how it's going to turn out.

I'm currently at 42 of 250 which has me behind by one. I hope to catch up this week.
Fun posts you may have missed at TRD this week.

New Books
Crafty projects & Baking/cooking
I didn't get to sew as I expected but I'm working on the stem for my berry hat. It looks great and I can't wait to see it finished. I made ladybug cupcakes for my friend's daughter's birthday party.

Husband and I teamed up for dinner one night. He made a chicken breast stuffed with peppers, herbs, and mozzarella cheese. It was so yummy paired with my seasoned quinoa. We make a great team.
