Review
I received Heart of the Wolf in return for an honest review from the author. Hope's best friend has gone missing while on her current vacation and her family wants her to find her. After all, she was invited on the adventure, and they think that she can still get in touch with Mirabella. She won't be going alone as Mirabella's brother is planning on coming along and he has his own agenda. However, after arriving at the islands things go unexpected and Hope finds herself a prisoner to a man who is determined to make her his mate.

Carter has been working the same boring security job and when the chance to work with an exclusive team he jumps at the chance. His mission is to infiltrate a wolf compound rescue a girl stops the weapons that are being magically enhanced from leaving. Sounds like a simple plan but nothing is every easy when magic is involved. Carter and Hope have this instant attraction that while she's scared he's a wolf she's also intrigued by him. Will the duo make it safely off the island before it's too late?

I like Hope she reminds me of the girl next door who just happens to have unknowingly spent the last several years among werewolves. She handles the new of werewolves a lot better than I would and even accepts help from Carter knowing he turns furry. I like the chemistry between the two it's sweet a little steamy and just works so well together.

I've been eagerly waiting to get my hands on Heart of the Wolf since I first saw the cover reveal. I couldn't wait to dive right in and spent the morning reading from cover to cover finishing in just one session. An action packed story, filled with mystery, romance and just enough steamy moments to keep you on the edge of your seat. We are given two great main characters who just happen to be perfect for each other. The author gives us perspectives from both sides which provides a little insight and helps us connect with Hope and Carter. We are given an exciting new spin into a new world with all new characters and even an appearance from an old character. I'm excited to see where this series will go in the future.
