30 day Blogging Challenge

Happy August!!!!!
How about a blogging challenge. I know I'm an addict for a good challenge. I found this challenge on Pintrest from 2014 but figured it would work for 2015. The creator is Hello Neverland she has a writing prompt for each month. I've kind of been in a little slump with the hubs gone. So I thought August would be the perfect time to jump start for the rest of the year. Now I admit not all of them are going to work for me like the first is about school but I figured those can be tweaked to work for just me. I'm super excited to give this blogging Prompt a go as a 30 day challenge. My goal is to do a little writing and take a creative picture that I also will share on Instagram.

2015 Bookish Resolutions Progress Report (Jan & Feb)

2015 Bookish Resolutions Progress Report

I didn't do this in January so I'm going to lump it in with February and do them together. I can see I have a lot of reading and blog stuff to do this month. I'm hopeful that I should be able to get some headway on my list.

Goal 1 ~At least 24 Netgalley Books - So far I've read only 1 Seeker - Not doing to hot on getting up my terrible % hopefully I will get in a few this month.

Goal 2 ~ How I stand currently on my 2015 Reading Challenges - Some are better than others.

New to you / New Author / Reading Assignment / No Book Buying
I've worked it so these four challenges will use the same books.
Currently I have 4 of the goal of 24 done.

Organization challenge
still have a lot of reviews and what not to update I do have over 2k posts....yikes this might be a end of year goal.

Goal 3 ~ Comment more - I've been working hard on this one and I feel I'm getting better and better each day.

Goal 4 ~ Bookish Craft Projects - Nothing yet but I'm going to change that this month.

Goal 5 ~ Started out the year doing PIYO but than the hubby left town for work. My crazy needy puppy doesn't do well when I leave the house and tried to eat the door so I was stuck home. I did get them both leaders so we can walk but than she ate a ball and had to have surgery to remove it. Once she's better we will start walking daily.

2015 Book Blog Discussion Challenge

Runs from January 1st - December 31st

I'm not a big discussion blogger because I'm so shy. One of my big goals for 2015 is to be more social, active and participate in discussions. This challenge is perfect to pull me out of my shell.

My goal is 13 - 24 Creative Conversationalist.
I plan to do two discussions each month on my blog as well as take part in several each month.

2015 Bookish Resolutions Challenge

2015 Bookish Resolutions Challenge
From January 1st to December 31st

This challenge is all about New Years Resolutions for books and Book Blogging.

Goals
1. Read at least 24 Netgalley books which will help get my % up. I'm to embarrassed to disclose my % but when I first joined Netgalley I was way to over excited and took on so many it's out of control. I've also limited my number of books that I request in hopes of not adding to my crazy to read list.

2. Complete all my reading challenges in 2015. I've been working hard to keep my list manageable for the new year. Check out my list (here). I also want to read 200 book in 2015 since I didn't read my goal last year.

3. Comment and respond to comments more. I'm super shy so I'm more of a blog creeper but I want to become more active and social this year. My goal is to increase my commenting on other blogs as well as respond to my comments.

4. Craft projects that are bookish, cross stitch, book marks, kindle covers and more. I have a whole list of fun stuff on pinterest that would be fun bookish projects. I hope to do a new project with a bookish theme each month.

5. This one is a non-book/bloggish goal I want to exercise more and loose weight. I'm not going to divulge how much weight I want to lose but I am a little on the chubby side.
