Top Ten Tuesday!

Top Ten Tuesday!
Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke And The Brookish. Who doesn't love lists. They make life easy! And fun!! It's always a never ending topic.

This week's topic:
Top Ten Books I will probably Never Read

This one was so hard.

1. Consequences by Aleatha Romig - This one has been refereed to me many times. I've read the reviews and I just can't see myself reading this book.

2. Anita Blake by Laurell K. Hamilton - I've stopped at 20.5 or 21 in the series. It's honestly taken a turn and I don't see it getting better. I really enjoyed the first 8 or so of them but when she decided to turn them more into smut than story I started to lose interest. It's really sad because she was one of my favorite authors but I just can't bring myself to read anymore.

3. Shatter Me Series by Tahereh Mafi - I didn't enjoy the first one it wasn't terrible but I can honestly say that I have no intentions of reading the rest of the series.

4. Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James - I read the first one well most of it and have no interest in finished or the rest of the series. I don't even want to watch the movie.

5. The Boyfriend App by Katie Sise - I picked this one up for review. I was so excited to read it but I just couldn't get into it. I've been tempted to try again with the new book having come out but just not tempted enough.

This weeks list is super short. I'm willing to give everything a chance even if I didn't like the other book by the author. However I don't see myself reading these ever again, but things change.

What's on your never to read list?

  2. I agree on Fifty Shades of Grey, although I haven't read it at all, I know I wouldn't be interested.

  3. The idea of the Fifty Shades of Grey film makes me shudder. Ew! It's interesting that you weren't too impressed by Shatter Me - I'm toying with the idea of reading the series, but I just can't seem to start!

  4. 50 Shades made my list too. I have Shatter Me on my bookshelf, but I haven't managed to read it yet. Not sure when/if I'll get to it.
