I'm currently reading Dead Heat by Patricia Briggs not in very far but I need to really sit down and get it done for my read-a-long tomorrow. I've been waiting years for this one since she's been writing my other favorite Mercy Thompson Series.
Opening
“Okay,” said Charles Cornick, younger son of the Marrok who ruled the werewolves in North America and also, Anna had come to believe, the rest of the world. De facto if not officially. If Bran Cornick said, “Sit up and go there,” there was not a werewolf in the world, Alpha or not, who wouldn’t obey.
Clearly this is a teaser that gives away nothing about what the newest book is about.

Since I shared the opening to Dead Heat I decided to share my other read that I'm hoping to finish this weekend.
I'm currently reading Wicked by Jennifer L. Armentrout I admit I'm not very far but so far I am very much enjoying it. I love the cover and I have the physical copy so I can look at the beautiful cover over and over.
It was him. Green Eyes. Ren. That was his name. Now I remembered. I started to step forward, but he beat me to it.
What teasers do you have this week?
I really need to read a Patricia Briggs book, she is on my must read authors for this year..can't believe I haven't yet..lol. Wicked I am a little curious of but not sure about. :)
