Stacking The Shelves

Stacking The Shelves
Stacking The Shelves February 22nd 2014
Stacking the Shelves is a meme by Tyngas Reviews that let's bloggers share their new books and swag, whether they are physical or virtual. I'll include books I've been sent, emailed, purchased, won and for review.

It looks like I had quiet the shopping bender. So much for trying to cut back. I told the hubby this would be my last big shopping trip for a while. As you can see this week I received a whole bunch of awesome stuff.
Review
This week I received two books for review.

The Convenience of Lies by Kimberly Castillo (Goodreads)
A Soul's Kiss by Debra Chapoton (Goodreads)

Purchased

I received The Statistical Probability of Love At First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith (Goodreads) as a arc review copy. I Loved it so much I needed the physical copy and picked up This is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith (Goodreads) at the same time because I know I'll love it too.

I've got all the Shadow Falls ebooks but I love the covers so much that when I ordered the above I decided to add them to the order.
Born at Midnight by C.C. Hunter (Goodreads)
Awake at Dawn by C.C. Hunter (Goodreads)
Taken at Dusk by C.C. Hunter (Goodreads)
Whispers at Moonrise by C.C. Hunter (Goodreads)
Saved at Sunrise by C.C. Hunter (Goodreads)

I also added Dare You To by Katie McGarry (Goodreads) to the order. I just need to pick up the last one but I was trying to be good.

I also purchased the new Kindle Fire HDX. I only got the new one because my 4 year old has claimed my HD fire. She runs around saying it's her "Kindle Fire HD" it's so cute. I think since I purchased the HD I have maybe used for two pdf books the whole year and half. I've only started playing with the new one but a little but I like it. The best part is I don't have to share with the toddler she has her own. Which she is playing on right now sitting next to me. I'm sure most of my reading will still be done on my old kindle keyboard. I have so many fond memories.

I also snagged some amazing swag from the very talented Nikki Jefford. I love the covers the Aurora Sky covers so much. They are my favorites.

Non-bookish newest addition.
Yesterday my sewing machine arrived. I want to start making clothes for the toddler, pillows and a whole bunch of other fun stuff. well I have high hopes. I also plan make purses mostly for the military wives I know or those who are looking for them. I've spent years trying to find someone local who makes them without success. These are my first two prototypes.

What did you get this week?
I really like this blue on the black. What do you think?
